Covid 19: Nigeria records 566 new cases, total hits 25,133

Nigeria has recorded 566 new cases of COVID-19 across various states of the country.

Announcing via its official Twitter handle this evening, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) stated that 166 of the new cases were recorded in Lagos, 66 in Oyo, 53 in Delta and 26 in Federal Capital Territory.

As at now, 25,133 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in Nigeria so far, with 9,402 patients discharged and a record 573 deaths.
