Scores of people have been killed during a Boko Haram raid that began at 8am today. At the time of publication, no definitive number of dead or injured is known.
Online news portal, Sahara Reporters, which break the news reports that the raid took place at Tumpun villiage near Lassa in the Askira Uba Local Government Area (LGA), quoting residents and sources.
It was gathered that Boko Haram terrorists arrived on bicycle and tricyle to the community and looted their foodstuffs before leaving.
