JUST IN: Court Bars INEC From Conducting Guber Rerun In Adamawa
Justice Abdulaaziz Waziri of a State High Court in Yola, Adamawa State, has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission not to conduct the governorship supplementary re-run in the state.
The court rules that INEC must not go ahead with the rerun polls pending the determination of a counter affidavit filed by INEC challenging the statutory jurisdiction of the court to entertain a post-election matter.
