The Brazilian international netted 79 goals in 162 appearances for the Ukrainian side, including nine in last season's Champions League – the second highest total behind Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Neymar (all 10).

Adriano had been linked with a move to Liverpool in some quarters but he now looks set to partner Carlos Bacca in a new-look attack at the San Siro.
