…And Ohaneze Ndigbo, in its wisdom, thinks that it is in a position to give the Oba of Lagos an ultimatum, let alone a 48-hour one, to retract his offensive statement, and lacing it with the threat of .."Or else"?
For a group that ought to be making efforts to douse the tension generated to re-assure the citizenry, it rather resorted to bullying by issuing threats.
Is the group aware that nobody orders the Oba of Lagos around, even with the widely accepted mistake of tongue?
How bad situations can be made even worse!
I don't agree with Ohaneze on this.
