In a ruling delivered on Thursday, the Supreme Court dismissed the motion put forth by Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), seeking to introduce President Bola Tinubu’s Chicago State University records as fresh evidence in the case.
Presiding over the panel, Justice John Okoro declared that the applicant’s request was denied and dismissed.
