The Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, has announced that the Federal Government is preparing to publicly reveal the identities of individuals and networks financing terrorism in Nigeria.

Speaking during an interview on TVC, Bwala said the Tinubu administration is already taking major security decisions, and Nigerians will soon see decisive action against those behind terrorist activities.

He emphasized that terrorism is now a global issue requiring strong international collaboration, noting that world powers increasingly support countries like Nigeria facing expanding extremist threats.

Bwala added that terror operations have shifted from the Middle East to the Sahel, creating new security challenges that demand regional and international coordination.

In a related development, President Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima at the AU–EU Summit in Angola, rejected the use of private military contractors in African conflicts. Tinubu argued that outsourcing security undermines sovereignty and complicates peace efforts, insisting that African governments must lead their own security operations.
