The federal government has declared a one-month exemption of the value-added tax (VAT) on diesel.
This decision stems from negotiations held between the federal government and the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) during a four-hour meeting at the State House on Sunday.
