BREAKING: Court Stops Multichoice Nigeria From Enforcing New Price Regime

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos presided by Justice C. J. Aneke on April 2, 2015 granted an order of interim injunction restraining Multichoice Nigeria, owners of DSTV, from enforcing its planned increase in cost of the different classes of viewing or programme bouquet pending the hearing and determination on the motion on notice.
 
According to an online media, Inside Mainland, the court, ahead of the next hearing which is slated for April 16, 2015 ordered DSTV to maintain status quo or the current pricing regimes.
