The Managing Director of EnerixOne, Bayo Adesina, has expressed the company’s unwavering commitment to assist the Federal Government in addressing the issue of inconsistent power supply in the nation.
Adesina conveyed this message through a statement released to the media on Friday, emphasizing EnerixOne’s vision to contribute to the nation’s economic growth by offering a reliable and consistent electricity supply.
Furthermore, Adesina disclosed that EnerixOne has recently established a partnership with the Niger Delta Power Holding Company Limited during a roundtable business meeting conducted in Agbara, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State.
Key attendees at this meeting included Vice President Kashim Shettima, Minister of Power Bayo Adelabu, Governor of Ogun State Prince Dapo Abiodun, Deputy Governor of Lagos State Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, and representatives from Eko Electricity Distribution Company Plc and Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Plc.
The partnership, which marked the initiation of “The Light up Nigeria Programme,” is aimed at distributing 300 megawatts of electricity to industrial clusters in Sango, Ota, Sagamu, Ifo, and Mowe.
Adesina emphasized that this collaboration is just one of many steps taken by EnerixOne to bridge the power supply gap in Nigeria’s energy sector.
