JUST IN: Ambode Set To Speak After Losing Guber Primary
Lagos, Nigeria News 3rd October, 2018: Akinwunmi Ambode, governor of Lagos state, is about to speak publicly for the first time since the result of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election was released.
The governor lost the 2019 ticket of the ruling party in the state to Babajide Sanwo-Olu, a former commissioner.
Sanwo-Olu was backed by influential party leaders in the state, including Bola Tinubu, a former governor of the state.
