JUST IN: Oshiomhole allegedly faints over APC’s humiliating defeat In Edo Guber Poll
Immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, has reportedly fainted few minutes ago, over the humiliating defeat suffered by his party.
Source in his Iyamho, Etsako West local Government Area of Edo State country home was quoted by WazobiaReporters as saying that one of his friends, who is a medical doctor attended to him when his Blood Pressure rose above 200 few minutes ago.
The source says Oshiomhole became uncomfortable and felt dizzy at about 11am, today, when it became obvious that nothing could be done to salvage the APC’s impending electoral loss.
The former APC National Chairman was said to have made spirited efforts to reach out to President Muhammadu Buhari, but his calls were ignored.
According to the source, Oshiomhole was made to sleep so as to manage his Blood Pressure.
INEC has earlier declared the candidate of the PDP, Godwin Obaseki, winner of the governorship election in the state.
INEC’s Returning Officer, Prof. Akpofure Rim-Rukeh, made the announcement.
