A man got a woman who rejected him to have sex with him by breaking into her house and pretending to be a dangerous criminal who would kill her if she doesn’t give in.
Oluwaseyi Omotosho, 28, broke into his crush’s house at Fola Azeez Street in Alakuko, Lagos, at about 1am, pretending to be a robber. He then threatened his victim with harm if she doesn’t strip and let him have sex with her.
The frightened woman let him have his way. As he raped her, the victim recognized him as the man whose sexual advances she had rejected but she kept it to herself. After the romp, Omotosho escaped from the apartment after allegedly taking the victim’s phone.
In the morning, the victim went to the police and reported the incident. Omotosho was immediately arrested and detained at the police station. The police charged Omotosho before the Ogba Magistrates court for burglary, stealing and unlawful sexual intercourse with the victim.
Omotosho pleaded not guilty and the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs M.I. Dan-Oni, granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum. He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 29th August, 2018.
