Sousse Massacre: Panic As ISIS Terror Cells Encircle The Globe, By John Darlington

Everywhere is  rife with rumour  that a worldwide Jihadist insurgency could occur before long by ISIS that would paralyse all life forms.  America would first be struck using the terror cells in Latin America.

The writer understands that there are over six million Muslims in these countries below which are all in South America namely: Brazil, Venezuela, Cuba, Suriname, Guyana Bolivia, Peru and others.

Cuba's cooperative agreements with the rogue regimes in Iran, Libya and Syria would facilitate the movement of terrorists into US neighbouring countries where the US would be accessed with relative ease.

Terrorism has become a global problem for world governments to content with and quite a good number of unarmed civilians comprising men, women and children have been killed through terror-linked attacks and the like.

Lives of many are still on the line as ISIS and other terrorist organizations encircle the world with training camps from which attacks are launched.

Russia has had its own taste of the terror whip. This occurred on September 1, 2004, about eleven years ago. Belsan was attacked and no fewer than 300 people were killed among whom were children numbering about 186.

On September 11, 2001, the most powerful country in the world fell under terrorist attack as two US civilian planes flew over America and thereafter coerced to descend on the twin towers in New York. The World Trade Center was reduced to rubble and many people were killed on that fateful day.

History, intelligence reports say, is about to repeat itself. FBI and other reliable sources have it that there exists a good number of ISIS cells  in the United States with public schools, shopping malls Jewish Schools and  Christian schools, crowded streets in metropolitan cities, sports centers and other busy locations  as potential  targets.

This has forced US security operatives to take proactive steps  by monitoring the above-named locations throughout the length and breadth of the country with Argus-eyed vigilance. That the US has the technology and military capability  to successfully combat these civilization's worst enemies is not in dispute.

In a similar vein, rumours are also on the grapevine that ISIS plans a large-scale attack on Europe and possibly activating terror cells throughout the euro-zone. Their ill-conceived plan is to unleash terror on many Westerners as possible.

Again their chance of success is very slim as governments throughout Europe with their sophisticated technology work tirelessly to keep everyone under Argus-eyed surveillance. In fact, these vermin are morally bound to fail as security operatives remain on high alert.

Many people mainly Christians  have been killed in Syria and Iraq by ISIS Jihadists. Be that as it may, the Middle East from which ISIS presently has its base must be cautioned and the rogue regimes  in the region with records of state sponsorship of terrorism called to order.

This may entail the use of  military force by countries in the region if need be to locate and dismantle terror cells.

While the killings in Iraq and Syria are ongoing, this doubtless places Africa on a par with this region because no fewer than 39 people were reportedly massacred on Friday last week in Sousse, Tunisia at Hotel Imperial Marhaba, a popular resort town on the northeast coast with ISIS claiming responsibility.

This is not the first time attack of this nature and magnitude is happening in Tunisia. ISIS has seemingly successfully locked their feet into secure footholds in this north African country from where they hope to encircle the continent.

What military strategy is being put in place by African governments to repel their impending diabolic attacks because ISIS I am doubly sure would extend their bloody campaign beyond the coast of North Africa to the hinterland.

The situation in Nigeria is better imagined than real. Boko Haram has intensified attacks over the past one month. The leader of the Jihadist insurgents in Nigeria Abubakar Shekau, reports say, has pledged allegiance to the Islamic State extremists.

Their dastardly act is on the ascending order of magnitude. The northeastern flank of the country has been hard hit by this reign of terror which prompted the new administration in Nigeria under President Buhari to relocate the military Command Center to the terrorists' stronghold.

Good decision doubtless  but would Abubakar Shekau and his men not relocate terror cells to other parts of the country? This is one question that agitates the mind of this writer.

The African Union must rise to this challenge by taking proactive steps to counteract the diabolic whims and caprices of the armed terrorist gang.

There is an urgent need for a Military High Command  to effectively police the continent. It is very obvious that they are bent on wiping out everyone who does not believe or practise their own version of Islam and more so people who do not profess their own faith calling to mind the mass killing of Christians in Syria and Iraq.
