President Bola Tinubu administered the swearing-in of three recently cleared ministers during the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
The inaugurated ministers are Jamila Ibrahim, Ayodele Olawande, and Balarabe Lawal.
Ibrahim is tasked with the youth portfolio, while Olawande assumes the position of Minister of State for Youth.
Lawal takes on the role of the new Minister of Environment. Additionally, during the FEC meeting, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume, announced the passing of Mobolaji Ajose-Adeogun, the former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), who died on July 1 at the age of 96.
Ajose-Adeogun had held various prominent positions in government throughout his career.
