The Election Petition Tribunal in Kaduna, responding to a case brought by the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate, Isah Mohammed Ashiru, has disqualified Governor Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress in the governorship election.
In its ruling on Thursday, the tribunal declared the 2023 governorship election in the state inconclusive.
